Welcome to your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session. This unique experience offers a profound journey into your subconscious or “Higher Self,” allowing you to gain insights and healing for different aspects of your life.
Hertr are the three main stages of a QHHT session:
In the initial stage, we engage in a heart-to-heart discussion about your life, spanning from your childhood to your current circumstances, covering aspects such as family, relationships, career, aspirations, and more. To enhance the session, it’s helpful to come prepared with a list of questions or concerns you’d like to address during the session. These questions can pertain to personal issues, health, relationships, career, life purpose, or any general inquiries you may have.
The second part of the session involves a guided visualization and deep relaxation exercise, where we embark on a journey through different lifetimes. Your subconscious mind selects the most relevant past lives in relation to your current life. These lifetimes may have occurred on Earth, in previous incarnations, on other planets, or even as forms of energy. We trust your subconscious to lead us to these pivotal moments, key figures, lessons, and objectives that can offer profound insights into your present life.
In the final stage, we establish communication with your subconscious or Higher Self, which is the most insightful part of your being. This part of the session aims to seek guidance and advice. If deemed appropriate, the subconscious can also facilitate powerful healing. It possesses a tremendous force and plays a central role during the session.
About the QHHT Method

This session is all about you, and it’s a precious opportunity to explore and understand important messages for your current life. To ensure the best experience, it’s advisable to avoid excessive caffeine or stimulants on the day of your session. The more relaxed you are, the more beneficial the session will be.
The session typically lasts between 4 to 6 hours, which includes the preliminary discussion. However, the duration can vary depending on the specific situation. During the session, your mobile phone will be turned off to allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Following the session, we will have a brief debriefing, and I will ensure that you are in a suitable condition to drive before you leave. You will receive a link to the recording of the session within a couple of days, enabling you to revisit the experience and benefit from the healing energy contained within it. The session is entirely confidential, and a summary of the session may be shared with the School of Dolores Cannon for validation, excluding your contact details and the preliminary discussion.

What if my Subconscious (SC) doesn't come forward during the session?
